MMA Rashguards

MMA rashguards also referred to as fight shirts are design to stop grazes and burns off the mats when training grappling and mixed martial arts. They are often worn underneath the gi in BJJ too. Made of synthetic material often containing some lycra MMA rashguards are hard wearing and tight to the skin to avoid fingers and toes being caught up in them and retain much less sweat than cotton making them much better than ordinary tee shirts for this form of training.
