Boxing Gloves

Competition boxing and sparring gloves as used by professional boxers. These gloves are padded to protect your hands and wrists as well as your opponent whilst you box. Ideally these should not be used for punch bag or focus pad training - for punch training with equipment we recommend using bag mitts.

Boxing glove sizes are measured by their weight usually between 8oz and 16oz. Competition gloves are the smaller sizes and sparring gloves are usually 14oz or 16oz due to the increased padding.
